Soap didn't work in wand so attendant put a small hand written sign by the coin slot saying to use soap in tire brush. That would have been fine but I paid with a card. When I made attendant aware of what had happened he told me there was nothing he could do and that I should have used brush if I wanted soap. I told him I don't use the brush on vehicle finish and he says its no worse than car washes in Muncie, they will really scratch your finish. WOW!! He said he couldn't close the bay because one of the bays was already broken and that would leave him with only one bay open. I would have thought he would have given me a wash voucher being i use that car wash at least once a week but he didn't. I will wash my vehicles elsewhere from now on.

The automatic car wash is bad and in desperate need of an upgrade. However its the only one in HC

This place sucks we payed $8 to go through auto cleaning service. It took the money but the Machine ( where you inter to wash the car ) wasn't working we called 3 times no one responded wasted $8 for nothing.
