I thought also I had called Chem Dry. Steam Works was the one who showed up. I would have appreciated a phone call if it wasn't going to be you.. poor business... and Chem Dry NEVER SHOWED UP. what was that all about ?nHow did Steam Works get my phone number and apportionment time ?

I had a high traffic living room and hallway cleaned by Brad several weeks ago. There was a definite difference before and after! The carpet was noticeably brighter and dried quickly. I also had a 5' x 7' rug cleaned that had been folded up and stored uncovered in my garage for almost a year. He was able to get the creases out and it ooks brand new. Beyond pleased in every way the his service. Highly recommend Chem Dry.
Very responsive and excellent service. This group was able clean some stains that none of the large national steam companies could get. Best carpet company we have ever used. Highly recommend this locally owned firm.
Chem-Dry of Fort Wayne estimated a price 40% less to clean our sectional than Chem-Dry of Allen County. They have different owners and told us they can set their own prices. Both companies had good ratings so we went with Chem-Dry of Fort Wayne. I’m so glad we did! Scheduling was super easy. I filled out a short contact form online and then got a call to schedule. Brad showed up on time and was very professional. He answered all of my questions while he was here and did a thorough job cleaning. The sectional is drying now but looks great. Thank you!
