We could not be more pleased with the quality of service we received from Northside. They had to replace almost all of our drainage pipes and our home us on a slab. They were very careful not to damage anything. They even tunneled beside a built-in cupboard we had and tunneled under it to get to the pipe. They tunneled under the bathtub and under our hall. They were very friendly, professional, hard workers. They did not waste any time on the job. Even when they had to concrete the trenches after the new pipe was laid, they hand carried buckets into our home and scooped the concrete out by hand. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
I would not suggest anyone to use this establishment. The owner was very rude, never showed up to the scheduled time, then calls to see if anyone is home but says he will do his best to come out when we had this scheduled an entire week in advanced. Very dissatisfied with this business.

Our sink was leaking in different areas. Leroy was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the job done in less than an hour. The cost was affordable and fair. I've used Northside before, and will definitely continue to in the future. Thank you Leroy and Northside Plumbing!
