Gentlemen that came were very pleasant, easy to talk to and precise in what they were doing. In and out in a timely manor yet took plenty of time on stained areas. Great service. Definitely use them again!!!
We had a great experience with Steam It. We called around for quotes on what we needed done and not only were they competitive on pricing but they also were able to provide same day service. The owner Jeff even came out to help get the job done. He was very personable and down to earth. They did an amazing job and we will definitely be using them in the future!
I called Steam-It to have the carpets cleaned and pet odors addressed at a home that I was selling. Jeff's crew came out and did an excellent job. They were professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My kids spilled a 5 gallon bucket of paint down our basement stairs. We called a couple well-known carpet cleaning businesses in Fort Wayne that offer 24 hour same day emergency. One business we had to leave a voicemail and they have yet to get back to us, it’s been 3 days. Another business could not help us until the following Friday (6 days later). I got in touch with Jeff at Steam It and he was to our house in less than 15 minutes. He was professional and got the job done. You can’t tell there was any paint spilled on the carpet. We will definitely call Steam It from now on for our cleaning needs. Thank you!!
