I stop going there always takes my money and nobody to complained to. Whoever owns it don't CARE! Just close it down.
I've used the automatic car wash for years especially for the half price Tuesday deal. In past years I've experienced few issues but this year it's taken my money several times and not worked. I'd drive in and nothing happens; I'd have to back my car out. The underbody wash hasn't worked for a long, long time and it doesn't seem like they intend to fix it.nI happened to be in the area yesterday and thought I'd chance it. It took my money, I drove in, and everything seemed to be working except there was no soap and no wax; only water! Nobody has answered the phone all year, responded to voicemails I've left, or emails I've sent. I will not be using this carwash again nor would I recommend it to anybody else.
2nd time I lost money because I put in 7 of 8 dollars and it would not take the last 1so I got 6 of 7 dollars back in quarters but not last dollar..i will got to different one from now on and spend the extra money.
