Kerr and Sons Water Well Services

My father and I recently tried to DIY a repair on his submersed well pump which is 300’ underground. There were three of us, all pretty smart guys, so we got to it. After 7 grueling hours we realized there was a point where trade experience had to take over, and that’s when I called Kerr and Sons. Their extremely professional and courteous staff had our issue figured out instantly. Now we have water for the first time in a week! Dan was incredibly helpful and friendly to work with. Our well pump went out the Sunday evening before memorial day, I called Dan Kerr first thing Monday morning he got back with me immediately. Even on the holiday, he was willing to fit us into his day. We ended up needing a tank and pump replaced unfortunately, but he was professional, worked quickly, and already had the parts with him. He's very knowledgeable in the field, and explained every process in full. We are incredibly grateful for his quick response, and for getting us in right away, even on a holiday. This family owned business is not only knowledgeable on everything dealing with wells (our well is almost 100 years old) they responded promptly and were honest in helping us make the best financial decision. Lost water pressure last night and had very little knowledge of how our well worked. Called Dan at 7:30 this morning and he provided same day service! He did a quick troubleshoot and knew exactly what services I needed. Didnt try to sell me anything extra just explained my system and how it works. The work was completed on the spot and left jobsite cleaner than it was before he arrived. After the work was complete Dan stuck around to make sure pressure was good and no leaks. I highly recommend Kerr and Sons for any well situations you may have. You never appreciate your water system until its down, Dan got us fixed up and couldn't be happier with costs and service, great Job!
