We had two men come in today to clean our carpets. It was a perk we got for renewing our lease at our apartment complex. They told me what they would be doing, told me to lock up my pets in the bathroom (they use pet safe products, but they didn't want them running out the front door. I thought this was very courteous), and then they went out and got their stuff. We have a lot of pet stains from non-housebroken dogs (they're housebroke now). They lightened them a LOT! They also told me that it will be tough to get them all the way out, but they gave me some tips and told us that if I shampoo the carpets once a month and have them come back in a few months, there is a good chance that the stains will come out. I am really impressed by these guys. Friendly, courteous, they were only here for maybe 30 minutes, and they gave us some tips to get the stains out. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely use them again.

Worked here for 5 years. A great owner who worked with me while I pursued my degree. Can honestly say that their carpet equipment is top of the line and their work will be better then Stanley Steemer!
