Worst staffs and owner I have had. Even 1 star is too much.
Price is right, cash only is fine for the nice experience you get. Young people are so courteous and friendly. Will give him my business, always.
They just finished cleaning my wedding dress and I'm really impressed with their work. The dress had some minor dirt stains along the bottom and a small unidentified stain on the lace. All were removed and the dress looks great. I paid a little extra to get it put into a storage box, and it was put into a nice, sturdy box with pH neutralizing paper. The service was very friendly, pricing seemed fair, and they got it done decently fast (1 week) for how big of a dress it was. Just a heads up, they are cash only so you'll want to plan ahead.
The sign says close at 2 on Saturday. I'm here at 10 till 2. Closed.... EDITED RESPONSE... WHAT STARTED AS A DISAPPOINTMENT TURNED INTO AN UNBELIEVABLE TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Owner contacted us and we have our clothes. On Time just made a forever customer. Thank you..
