Used to drop off dry cleaning downtown and get it back in a few days. Always reliable and an excellent job of cleanliness!
Spoke with the owner, and it is unacceptable ruining 900 dollars worth of suits and not covering any of it. Have your clothes done elsewhere. Owner said, “that’s wear and tear we don’t even do anything with the sleeves” so they do not clean or iron sleeves apparently?Also these suits were less than a month old, suits don’t wear that fast. Extremely frustrated with the lack of care for their customers.
Great service from the staff. If you do have a problem, they take care of it right away.
Extremely poor service here. If you decide to take your business here, which I suggest you don't, make sure they break down the price to you for each individual piece of clothing before leaving your clothing. Ridiculous prices. Also if they tell you, you get $5 off for being a new customer, do not pay until they have physically emailed that to you or you received it in some way. The lady working there was not friendly.
This place is unbelievable...my husband had a sweater recently cleaned here and the leather on the sweater was completely destroyed! We went back to resolve the issue and was basically told it was wear and tear nothing they could do about it! This was a nice sweater before they ruined it and the staff did absolutely nothing. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to have their clothes cleaned at this place! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!
