Went to this cleaners for several months with no issues. Took several of my husbands dress shirts in had them cleaned, took them back home and hung them in the closet. A month or so later my husband pulled his French cuff white shirt out to wear and it had a huge rip down the front. I took it back in and showed it to them and they wouldn't replace it. We are out $80. Wont be returning. And I tell all my friends about the bad experience.

I had an excellent first time experience with this company. Polite and professional staff. I was able to pick up my items earlier than expected.
We have always had a great experience with this place and have been going there for almost three years. We have primarily used them for dress shirts, men's and women's, and dress pants.
I recently moved to the Fort Wayne area. I took my shirts to this cleaner with no stains of any sort on them. When I came to pick them up, one of the shirts now has stains (shirt had only been worn one or two times). I was forced to pay for the cleaning and told they would address the issue because this is caused sometimes by pre-treatments they apply may not have been completely washed out..nnI was never contacted again, and went back to ask for status because it was still stained after cleaning again. I was told the manager of district manager would contact me. Two weeks go by again with no contact.nnI go back again for status and I am told that I stained the shirt but the stain doesn't appear until cleaned.nnThe business failed to take responsibility, charged me for their mistakes and showed zero character by failing to ever follow up. Avoid this business
