We had him install a new sump pump battery back up system. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job. We've recommended him several times!

We had him out to change the elements in our water heater. We had tried to get them out ourselves but couldn't. He was on time and very friendly and to no fault of his he couldn't get them out and only charged us the service call fee. He said we needed to replace the water heater due to this and it's age. We were quoted a $900 replacement. After getting a second opinion it was the thermostat that needed replaced. A $113 fix and we have had no issues since. I just think more troubleshooting would have been helpful rather than going for the payoff. This is just our experience.

Craig did a couple of installs for me for items purchased through a big box store. He was very pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to give me advice and answer questions on brands and services that I will be performing in the near future. Preventative maintenance and replacement is key in plumbing to avoid disasters and I felt craig was honest and upfront and wasn't trying to sell me anything. I really appreciate this kind of business and I will definitely be contacting him again and would recommend to anyone who needed a plumber to look no further.
