Guys just left from cleaning carpets and our sectional. Both were very professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again in the future.

I have used this company so many times! They have helped us during 2 floods that happened from a leaking garage disposal and when a pipe burst near our bathroom. During those occurrences, it was a late evening call both times and they were so prompt when coming to help extract the water and dry everything out. I also use them for carpet cleaning twice a year and as a dog lover, they are great for scrubbing out the stains! I have also used them for grout cleaning when I didn't realize how dirty my grout really was but after they cleaned, I was amazed how nice it looked! They have always been professional when calling the office and at my house. I will always recommend this company to anyone! 5 stars for sure!!

So happy my plumber shared Water Outs info with us. As they responded rather quickly and took care of EVERYTHING super fast!!! Plus they took care of helping us with speaking directly with our homeowners insurance. Would highly recommend and use should it be necessary.

I had some water damage to my car. I couldn’t find anyone that was available to get the job done. I was told to contact Water Out. Boy am I glad I did. These people are the most friendly, professional and caring group of people. From the first person I talked to that answered the phone all the way to the guys who do the actual work. The owner Chris came out to meet me when I arrived and he was so friendly and willing to help me. His concern with getting the job done, not focusing on the price. These guys (and gals) have the kind of personality you don’t always find in a business these days. Money is the focus and priority with some businesses, not these guys. They did a wonderful job with my car which helped keep mold from setting up in my car. I would truly without a doubt recommend them. As their ad states “Our customers are Family”.nAnd that’s exactly how you are treated. Love them!!

Very quick to respond despite COVID restrictions, where other companies simply refused! Water damage was addressed and cleaned up in reasonable amount of time, and WaterOut handled everything with my difficult insurance company. Only one issue in entire process, and this was rectified immediately. I have no complaints!
