I was very impressed by the two guys who came to repair some leaks I had and to replace a pump and check valves for me. The did it quickly and explained everything to me. I thought their prices we’re very reasonable. I will use Merz again.

I had an appointment on a Friday afternoon and the repairman attempted to contact me mid-morning (about 10am) that day. He left a message saying he was going to be at the location in 15 minutes. I was working outside at another location and didn't get the call until after 11am. When I returned his call he stated I had missed the window for my appointment. When I attempted to call Merz office no one was staffing it, but left a message. Turns out he made the 1PM appointment just fine. He, along with a shadow, installed a new faucet in 15 minutes for $200 and had a sarcastic, pompous attitude. He even quizzed me on why I wasn't available earlier. I think he was lying about my appointment being earlier and he was trying to get a longer lunch on his company. Every previous work with Merz has been good, but this person was unprofessional and the cost was ridiculous.

We hired Merz to come out and give us an estimate on what it would be to replace a main drain under our house. He crawled under took a look told us it would be 400 and the office would get back to us. We never heard back from them I called once to follow up the receptionist told me she would find out and I never heard anything. This is unprofessional and it's inconsiderate and for a business to act this way.nI really wanted to support a local small business and unfortunately we were not able to do that and going forward I will not be able to recommend Merz as a quality company to do plumbing work. We hired Summers and they were able to do the work the very next day. The work was quality and the men were very respectful, going forward when someone needs Plumbing work Summers will receive my recommendation. This is an incredibly sad as in today and the hardship small businesses are facing you would think that making sure that word of mouth is spreading positive reviews would be the most important.

Used Merz for furnace inspection/cleaning for the first time. Very polite, professional technician and good price! We will be calling on Merz in the future for all of our furnace/ AC needs.

I needed my heating and air conditioning units serviced prior to a home inspection. Merz was able to get me scheduled within a weeks time. The technician Brandon was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond.
