Very pleased with this company. Dennis did a great job! He came out and took his time surveying what needed cleaned and gave me my options. I didn’t feel like he was trying to “sell” me things. Now that it has had time to dry it looks great, he even worked really hard and got out a few spots of slime that my kids had gotten on the carpet. I was so impressed! They are not the cheapest place but you definitely get what you pay for! We have had other places come to clean carpets in the past that were much cheaper but they weren’t nearly as thorough and left stains. In my opinion, the extra money was well worth the excellent job he did.

Most services were performed at our home. Area rugs were cleaned at their shop.Technicians told us what needed to be done and why. We were informed throughout the cleaning process. The team is always courteous and respects our home.

Dennis from ChemDry is amazing! With 15 years of experience, he thoroughly assessed our carpet and knew exactly how to solve our problem. We had two cats that continued to pee on certain spots in our loft and Dennis completely restored our carpet. He replaced some padding, ripped up some carpet to clean and sanitize underneath (which turned out to be the main part of our problem that no one else was able to identify), and left our carpet looking and smelling brand new! He did not leave a stone unturned and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
