Wash House

My washer stopped spinning this evening and I haven't done laundry since we started back to school. I wasn't sure about going to a laundromat (COVID, plus other people's dirty clothes...) but we had NO clean clothes, so there was no choice.nnI am glad I picked this one. It was clean. The washers were newer, and high-efficiency. They looked very clean and there was a worker cleaning everything the whole time I was there.nnI got there at about 7:50pm, and there was only one guy there, and he was just leaving, so I was there and the worker was there, and no one else. There were signs everywhere stating that masks were required.nnThe cost was reasonable and there was a change machine there, but there was no option to use a debit card. The carts and tables looked clean, but we didn't use them, so I am not sure.nnIf you need to use a laundromat this one isn't bad. And if you want it to be quiet/not crowded, go in the evening.nnThe one down side is the worker kept rushing us. Already when we arrived, she was talking about hurrying up. Then at 8:45 she suggested I get off my phone and put things in the dryer (while washers were still just spinning) I said some things were in the dryer and I was waiting on a washer to finish spinning and she said I should get the ones that were done because she was leaving by 9:50. Well, I had no intention of being there until 9:50. (It was hardly a recreational trip.) I had planned to be there til no later then 9:30, and was out of there by 9:25, although the published close time and the sign on the door both said 10pm.nnSo, if you don't like being repeatedly rushed, that would be a negative for using this laundromat in the evening. Otherwise, it seems okay. It is clean and not crowded at all.

Dee is so helpful and so genuinely nice! It's been a while since I've been to a laundromat but my dryer went out so I came here. She showed me the steps and got me going with a smile on her face. The place is clean and has such a friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

I enjoy coming here with the new change. It's colorful and Miss Dee is always a joy to see when I come here. She's always dancing with customers leaving them and me a smile on face. Keep up the great work Dee!ud83dude0aud83dude0a

Very clean, and inexpensive. The lady who runs the place is the most helpful kind and funny woman ever! I haven't been to a laundry mat in several years and had forgotten how to work the machines, she helped me through the process. Will definitely go back!

I love washing my clothes at this place, always a friendly atomosphere,the staff that works here are so good in helping out the customers needs.
