I have been in the flooring industry for 15+ years. I have been around and used many different cleaning companies. Distinctive is by far the most thorough, courteous, and professional company I have ever used. They protected our wood floors, doors, and trim. Carpets and upholstery look new again! Fantastic experience!
Unbelievable! We asked to have our newer carpets cleaned to keep up with warranty, when Alan saw some bad spots on our old carpeting, he said he could get them out. The old carpets look as good as new!! And he was able to remove tar stains from the new carpet without any problems. Job was thorough, carpet was dryer than expected when done. Will definitely call them again!!
I highly recommend their cleaning! They did an amazing job on 3 rooms of carpet. 1 room had a significant ink jet printer cartridge stain on it that I worked and worked on myself but couldn't remove. They got the stain out 100%! I will definitely be using them in the future!
My mother had an emergency cleaning need (blood) and although Alan had worked ALL DAY on another project, in another town, he came out in the evening and stayed until 10:30PM! The carpets look terrific! Audrey was great to work with, coordinating the same-day job! We will definitely use Distinctive for future cleaning needs. Super people and professional, quality cleaning.
I bought a used car whose interior carpet was in pretty rough shape. I do not believe the carpets had EVER been cleaned in this 13 year old car. I immediately called Alan & Audrey at Distinctive for help!! They fit me into their schedule the next day and made my carpet look like new!! They are so easy to work with and give their all to any job!! Excellent work!! They are worth every penny paid! Super happy with the results!
