I've made pretty good pals with these gatekeepers over the years. They've seen me fight for my rights again and again, despite all odds. I just wish the judges were as friendly as the Marshalls at the front door.... Now as for the courtroom marshals... One in particular is especially biased and hurtful. Insensitive to pro se plaintiffs with disabilities. He actually commented that he felt I was walking worse than I was before in front of the judge. That was a very hurtful statement. To insinuate I was fake being disabled is so deagrading. How would he know when I do and don't walk better? For his information, yes, after being seated for 2 hours, my ability to walk is considerably more difficult. And after I have been standing or walking for 4 minutes or more, my ability to walk without pain is considerably harder. Who are you to judge? Have you ever suffered a displaced type 4 medial tibial plateau fracture (the most debilitating and painful lower extremety fracture of all) along with a fibula fracture a broken calcaneus 2 metatarsals and multiple other foot fractures? No?? Then you are in no place to judge me. Are you my doctor or surgeon? No? Ok. Then you are in no place to comment or make public remarks about my disaibility period. Do you think I like being enormous and walking like an old woman while people like you and the judges think I'm lying? Would you like to be the butt of the joke? Didn't think so. So please keep your remarks about me to yourself.

Completely disgusted to see your agents assault a person conducting a first amendment protected activity on public property. The complete ignorance of the law shown by your employees in this day and age is unacceptable. Badge number 4296 is the very reason why public distrust of law enforcement is growing. You make it really hard for us to continue to support law enforcement when rampant abuse is happening all over your state.

The officer in charge of this Marshals office should be held accountable for the actions of his out of control officers. Americans should not be treated unconstitutionally .
