Just called to report a scam call. After being on hold for a short time and very polite person came on the phone and took my information and thanked me for calling in. Cannot give a positive report in seeking information on the State Attorney General's website. I think more reports would be made if there was a straightforward location of a good phone number to call. Thanks LCSO

We reported child abuse. Detective Selano delayed our case for two weeks. Was very rude and unprofessional from the beginning.

I was a long way from home when my rental car had a blow out and sent me into a ditch. I was lost and scared and the deputies were so kind and helpful. They gave me a ride to my my hotel leaving the car for me to pick up with a tow truck. I was out of my element and felt helpless but they really made me feel safe. Thank you to the deputies and dispatch for being so professional..

Officers were extremely helpful after my accident on hwy 126. Very professional. They got the accident scene under control immediately and had ambulances in route immediately. Thank You to All the Hero’s of the Sheriff’s Dept.

The Lane County Sheriff's have always been very helpful and kind in dealing with me and with those who were trespassing on my property. They were not rough or rude. They were matter of fact and reasonable. They did not arrest anyone, they just allowed them time to move off of the property and take their things. I think highly of our officers on duty. They have hard jobs.
