Andy's Car Wash

Every time I go there the gentlemen are so nice and very professional. I really appreciate that. I also went to vacuum out my vehicle and the vacuuming system was free! Awesome!! Thank you!!

After multiple visits with VERY RUDE customer service, I was ready to stop going to Andy’s in Decatur. I decided to give it one more try and was surprisingly greeted very nicely for the first time ever, however the employee forgot to fold in my mirrors causing them to almost get broken off. I returned again today 10/13/2020 and asked kindly to please fold in my mirrors because they aren’t automatic, (because of what happened at the last visit). After already having a extremely rude greeting (surprise surprise), I was told “yeah that’s pretty obvious” about my mirrors not being automatic. I’m over the rude service and will not recommend anyone to this car wash until management addresses their employees attitudes. It’s beyond unprofessional.

Free vacuum service, changer never works, boring but decent priced drive through wash. Beds are usually dirty with mud. Easy access from highway, 24hr vacuum and self serve bays

I had a 15 passenger van and they did a reasonable job of washing it. Not an easy job. Like all car washes it's not perfect but a great value for the money!

Great atmosphere!! Great interaction with employees. Great prices for the washes! I 100% suggest getting your car washed there!!
