I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews here because this is our go-to septic service company. The staff are great with communications and skilled in their field. We had a small leak amidst some personal family issues, and they repaired the leak super quick and stayed in touch with us. We really appreciate the fix and consideration of their clients. Hubby and I wasted a vacation day to meet with the company and have our septic pumped. We waited ALL DAY and I called at 4:58pm and the dispatch said the driver was running behind and they would call me back to see where he was.nnNO CALL BACKnnFinally today I call and speak with Mindy. Let’s just say customer service needs some serious work here! If I could give ZERO stars I would.nnI do not recommend and will never use again. There are too many businesses out there that actually want your business, I will find one.

I called to get a quote for septic system, they were prompt with coming out. Getting a quote is another thing. I've called three times and still have not received one. Tired of waiting.
