Petersen Plumbing

I used Petersen Plumbing twice, the first experience was good but the second was upsetting. On my first experience the plumbers were friendly and they came and installed a garbage disposal that I had purchased and was not able to install myself, they did good work and I was satisfied with the completed job.nnOn the second occasion I had a faucet that was running very weak pressure. The plumbers arrived and were obviously in a hurry, they spent roughly 15 minutes taking off the hose to the faucet and then re-installing the same hose. This did resolve the issue temporarily, but after a few days the problem re-occurred. I called them back and they told me that the service was not warrantied because they found rust in the line. Now in all fairness they did note that on the receipt and I failed to read it before signing it.. totally my bad however, at no point did they mention the rust or that the service was not warrantied.nnIf they had offered me any kind of discount to clear out the line again and give me a quote for further work I would not have left this review and I would still be using them, but they did not nor did they seem even slightly apologetic about the experience.

I work at La Quinta and our water heaters went out. Not only did they get this whole job done in 2 days. It was during the fires and covid. The day after they put their bid in they began their work. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a greenhouse that I tore down on the side of my house. After teardown, I needed to address an irrigation pipe sticking out about 2 feet from the house. I called Petersen Plumbing on Friday, and they were here on Monday. They did a thorough job and when they were finished, they discovered a serious water pressure issue. I'm having them come back next week to repair the serious issue that they discovered.nGood points:nA) They arrived in the time frame anticipated. About 20 minutes out, a receptionist called me to ensure that I would be aware that they were on their waynB) Scheduling an appointment was very easynC) The workers were competent, informative and gave thoughtful plumbing advicenD) They went above my expectationsnE) My impression is that their workers were trustworthynnI've definitely recommended them to friends since I've utilized their services.

My son recommended Petersen plumbing after they had done a job for him that saved him thousands of dollars. Matt and AJ were very friendly, efficient and fast. Besides being on time a representative from the company called me and told me when they were on the way. That is great customer service.
