They we're at my rental property in 5 mins of me making the phone call for a work order. Amazing

Thought the wax ring on our toilet was leaking. Was told it’d be $85. Plumber was supposed to be here at 1pm by 2pm my husband called the office and the receptionist said she’d find out what was going on and get back to us. 2:30pm still haven’t heard anything so he calls back and she is surprised that the plumber never got a hold of us, but apparently she had texted him to call us, but he never responded to her text but didn’t think she should call us back and tell us this. Finally, at 3:30 they show up with no apology or explanation as to the 2.5 hour wait. Turns out some bolts are rusted that connects the tank to the toilet. Takes a whole 5 minutes to fix. Husband asks what it will cost. Plumber says $96 our normal service call, plus parts. Get a bill today in the mail for $131.41. Service call was $125 and $5.99 for parts. Not really sure how something that is less work than replacing a wax ring costs more. The professionalism and lack of courtesy we received is enough to ensure I never use this company again.

Excellent customer service with dedicated service people

A/C outside unit died. Called Reynolds repairman came right away, found the issue, ran to shop got another part, repaired the unit BOOM.... cold air again before the heat wave! These guys know what they're doing! Would recommend to everyone!!

I've been very happy with my experiences with Reynolds. Both times, the office has been able to get me an appointment the next day and the HVAC guys have arrived promptly. They are always professional and have found ways to troubleshoot my problems that saved me money in the long run. Also, as a new homeowner, they've answered all of my *many* questions and provided me with tips for how to identify problems on my own. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
