Large open park, edge of Busy street parking. Would be Wonderful if Richmond would add better parking lot and add fencing along street and reduce speed for Park. Watch the kids! Mowed, some trash and large area for kids to look for fossils. Nice, clean Creek area. Good for a picnic. Very Interesting, grab some library books about fossils before you go to compare.

Great!! I loved it and found some good rocks, but all the fossils were the same. Also, lots of crawfish, it was cool

Outstanding place to stop and learn about in the state of Indiana, found fossils in the pile within a few minutes.. Walked down to the near by water way and found a perfect see shell shaped fossil. Highly recommend if you have the spare time to check it out.
