Good place for inexpensive tools. Not crowded.

I'm giving Harbor five stars for the following reasons: The prices are muy eccalente in the position I am in. They are tied somehow to the Police so it registers that I have certain tools and which tools are mine. I'm unsure if this is a good or a bad but the tools have been safe. I don't want to say how much Harbor has actually helped me because then everyone might expect the same experience. I bet it's common though. The very sweet and beautiful young woman treated me as if I mattered with a face mask. It made my heart all fuzzy inside. Thank you Harbor. I know there's issues I have with you and the way the town works in general which means it's not likely your fault, but you guys are have a selection for tooling which goes from the cheap Chinese (which Harbor is rumored to take back in an instant, its not "fall apart" cheap) all the way to the awesome worksite tooling the professionals use. One stop defines this shop. I happen to know that people come from a long ways off in the horizon to walk I to this store and shop.
