Great local business they scheduled us for the afternoon of the same day we called . The technician called and advised us before he arrived. He did a great job and cleaned up the mess. We couldn’t ask for better service

Fixed our problem in no time flat (which we totally expected). They have 1 flat hourly rate. Very experienced, professional, and clean individual had no issue locating and fixing our plumbing. Will only go with Roto Rooter in the future. Thank you!

The plumber did faulty work, but they will not give me a refund. Your plumber came to replace my dishwasher. I had purchased a new dishwasher, but the plumber said that I have an electrical problem in the wires behind my walls, so I should call an electrician. The plumber took $125 for the service call and left. I called an electrician. The electrician came and checked everything. He said there was no electrical issue, and he called the supervisor at Roto Rooter to let them know that this was not an electrical problem and just needed to replace the dishwasher. I had to pay the electrician $100 for the service call due to the incorrect information the plumber had given me. The supervisor at Roto Rooter will not return the $125 that I paid to his plumber, in spite of the fact that this was his plumber's mistake and he had to agree that it was his plumber's mistake after he spoke to the electrician. I can send the owner of this company the electrician's written report. I had to pay the electrician as well, but I only asked for reimbursement for their plumber's charge. I do think this was a very reasonable settlement. I have been a long time customer of Roto Rooter and I have paid them over $1000 for plumbing work, always paying them in full. Yet, they have no regard for their customers and customer satisfaction. They are ungrateful for the business they get, they take your money and run. They don't warranty their work.

Refused services to new owner of property since the previous owner didn't pay a bill. Not the greatest way to build a new customer base. Since they wouldn't come out without charging a ridiculous amount, close to $2000, we found a company that will actually work and not charge outrageous prices just to send out a technician.

I was having problems with our sewer line, so my dad called Roto-Rooter for me since I was at work. The guy came out immediately even though he was already off work and drove about 25mins to my house. He gave my dad a quote and agreed to come out the next morning at about 8am. They arrived about 830am, and they was able to get the job done in about 4hours, the total he said was over the amount he quoted but he would keep his word on the quoted amount. I am very pleased at the time it took them to come out and complete the job. I will definitely use them again and I will definitely recommend them to others
