Subway

Just had a sandwich on gluten free bread here and the peeps who work at this location were super friendly and made my sandwich perfectly! Great experience and the best fast food. Cheers

I've had very poor service at other Subway locations (W 11th ave) but not at this one. Every time I visit the staff is prompt and friendly. They are generous with veggies and seem to care about the job they do. The wait time is low, never more than a few minutes. This store seems to be well staffed and managed. Even though it is a little bit out of the way for me, this is my goto destination for a sub sandwich.

As much as I would love to highly rate this Subway as a local patron, I just can't... I have been coming here for over 8 Years now. And have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Until just recently, with staff number 741. I came to order food for my husband and I; during my order I decided to customize my sandwich which apparently was more than they could handle. The speaker was broken, so it was hard to communicate as is. As if that weren't enough, the guy who took my order was short with me and made me feel very uneasy about something as simple as ordering a sandwich. He was extremely sarcastic and had a condescending demeanor to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values the customer service they receive. Sadly the quality of service & food go hand in hand here.

Went to this subway and asked for a club with a gluten free bun and said “double toasted please” twice!!!! Even after being asked! I also asked for extra mayo and honey mustard. We leave, get home 20 min later and I’m all excited to eat and the bread is frozen like a block of ice, was not even toasted, had a streak of mayo on it and no honey mustard. I might as well been eating dry wood chips. I put it in the microwave and the bread just falls apart and I tried to eat it and almost choked on the dry bread as it flew out my mouth like dry ash! Whoever made my sub you are super incompetent!

I usually like coming to this location, but not tonight. All four of the subs I ordered were wrong. I got home and after spending $28.00 to feed my kids and I, threw most of them away. The girl that took my order DID NOT LISTEN repeatedly. I had to keep correcting her as I was ordering. Also, the speaker system to order drive thru (which is the only option right now) is so jenky and hard to understand. I suggest you guys invest in a new speaker system. It might save people from wasting almost $30 on food because your staff can't hear your customers. Oh yeah and this is to management, make it so I can put a tip on my debit card when I'm paying. Your staff usually works hard for you and this probably limits tops they could get.
