Togo's Sandwiches

We showed up almost a half hour before closing time (4pm) and was informed by a female staffer that they can no longer make hot sandwiches after 3:30. We were here at 3:35. I said you cant make a sandwich in 25 minutes? She said, I told you no hot sandwiches after 3:30. She was completely rude and needs to be removed from her public facing position. I will no longer give Togo's a single penny until this human is removed from the brand. So sad, I eat Togo's 3 times a week. NO MORE ud83eudd37‍♂ufe0f

Google states you are open at 10. I was told you didn't open till 11. But was given the option to order a cold sandwich. 43 degrees out. Yipee. Never again. Don't turn on your open sign and have doors unlocked if not open!@!!

My son and I love this place. Everyone is wonderful there. They make the best sandwiches.
