Five Guys

Five Guys and most of it's locations always serve good quality burgers, fries and shakes. This location is one of them. First impressions: The burgers were well cooked and juicy. The fries have fluffy insides and crispy outsides. Shakes are good as always. Cleanliness is properly maintained and even the kitchen looking from outside looks pretty clean. Only thing is that it's a little bit troublesome to get in if there's traffic due to the location its at. Other than that it's good. Always a good place for burgers and fries.

I ordered on line and when I got there I checked in. The counter guy announced that I arrived. Everyone who came in after me had got their food and left so After 20 minutes I went to the counter to inquire about my order. The counter person went and checked on my order. It was sitting on the shelf and my name was not called. The counter person dumped the fries and got me fresh fries and apologized. My food was still good but my burger ended up a bit soggy half way through. It was my first not so great experience here. I will be back. Even soggy, their burgers are still good. Not sure what thendifference could be but far better flavor than the one on Gateway

Burgers made of MEAT lol. Definitely not for dainty eaters. Go with an appetite as the meals are what a burger meal Should (USED to) be. Yes it cost a bit more but, unlike others, you will know you ate a meal. Staff is pleasant, polite, and focused on providing good food. Admin Note: it would be nice if the bacondogs used crumbled bacon instead of strips...and why no chilli dog, idk.

Dank as fudge

It's pretty, pretty, pretty, good.nCajun fries, and strawberry shake, delicious. Bacon cheese burger excellent. Never been disappointed. Definitely one of my top 5 burger joints in Eugene/ Springfield area.nStaff are friendly, a bit quiet with customers.
