Crew Carwash

Always a friendly and helpful staff. They have specials we always take advantage of. The grounds are kept very clean. Everything you need for car cleaning is there and convenient. Plenty of detailing areas. I've never had to wait on vacuuming. Great place.

this car wash is fine but it's too expensive. it forces you to pay a minimum of $5 to start washing. their vacuums cost $2 which is absurd compared to most other car washes. i have never used this car wash until today and i'm not very happy with what it made me pay. 2 stars for nice washnnthank you for the nice reply to my review. ud83dudc9c

I wash my car every week at their self wash area. For $5 you get 10 minutes to wash. I always have enough time to wash my car. The Staff are extremely nice. I recommend this place.

After reading reviews, I noticed quite a few people said that their car didn't get clean going through the car wash. I had the same issue once before and came back around and said something to one of the employees and they let me go through again. Once again it wasn't clean, not their fault, I think it was sap from my pine trees which is super hard to get off as it is. They let me go through again and on top of that, one of the employees helped me spray it off in the self serve area to help me get it clean. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy so anyone who isn't happy with the results, I wanted to share this because they will fix it!! Their customer service is amazing!!!

I used to love going to Crew Carwash even when it was Mike's car wash. My new car did not load on the conveyor properly and fell off in the first part of the wash. This caused my car to end up sidewise in the carwash therefor getting hit from behind and the machine in the front. Now one would think they would be professional about how they handle the incident and that is far from what was received. An email stating it is not our fault because in the past the only time this happens is if a customer touches the steering wheel or hits the brakes of which neither happened. My car simply fell off the tracks. What I am saying is BEWARE as they will not take responsibility and their customer service just wants to run you around in circles. I may never return to the that carwash and that includes my family as well who all have unlimited passes as well.
