So happy to know my home is clean and sanitized. Everything was done down to the minute detail. First cleaning service were I did not have to tell them how and where to clean. I was in a car accident and was unable to walk for weeks and getting around is still difficult. So my house had become a disaster. I hated coming home. Did not want to use the bathroom and was too embarrassed to have company. When I finally threw in the towel and called spotless cleaning I needed help fast. They were so accommodating and moved me up in the schedule to help me out. After starting the job they realized it would take more time and stayed longer just to make sure nothing was left undone. I so appreciate them and will continue to hire them for monthly cleaning.
The best detail oriented house cleaner out there. Arrived on time and fully prepared. Explained what I could expect from her services and boy did she deliver. Could not have asked for a better person or company.nOn another note. Being the owner of a cleaning company is by no means easy. If she wants to take a break then she can take a break. If she is talking about her family, do you ever wonder why? Perhaps she is being nice and making conversation with an otherwise difficult person. No one is forcing you to talk back. Did you listen to what she was saying? Perhaps you could have learned something about common decency and mutual respect of another person. Perhaps not. Don't bash or judge someone you know nothing about. There is a reason she is so successful. The proof speaks for itself. Her work is guaranteed, if you didn't like it you shouldn't have paid for it. Guess that's why you moved into a house all alone. To lazy to clean it yourself and to rude for anyone to live with you.
Great people
We hired Ashtynn to clean our house before we moved into it. She was scheduled to come at noon, arrived at 4pm, didn't leave until 2am. Took about 20 smoke breaks and left cigarette butts scattered throughout our property. She took every chance she could to tell us her life story. Around 10pm her family was invited over and just walked around watching her and talking family drama. While we set up a tent in the backyard. In the morning I was excited to walk into a clean home, but it was disgusting! We paid her off and ended up asking her to leave at 2am. I didn't want to write a terrible review but I wish I would have known before hiring.
