Needed a last minute whole home cleaning (walls, floors, all rooms, ect). Maid in Oregon was quick to respond and was able to fit us in quickly. Up front about prices and billing, and no surprises in the final invoice. The work was done on time and the house looked great. Special attention was given to easily overlooked spots (like window tracks) which was really appreciated. We worked with Dan who was really helpful in getting everything coordinated.
I had a last minute need for a cleaner and this company went above and beyond! They were able to fit in a vacate cleaning on very short notice and worked with us to make sure we stayed in our budget. Their customer service is top notch!
The owner, is paying all of his employees under the table, tax free, and none of these employees have proper cleaning experience, they are literally just hired and thrown into the mix to come clean your home. Don't hire this company, they are not 'professional' at all.
Dan is an honest person with a strong work ethic. I was always impressed with his high quality service he as giving considering the price. I'd give 4.5 stars if possible as I can't think of any problems and was satisfied. To get 5 out of 5 from me you have to do something phenomenal.
Just recently requested to have my floors and restroom deep cleaned and professionally sanitized in my home, and the Maid in Oregon Folks did a fantastic Job. I already have it cleaned daily, but they took clean to a whole new level! Thank you again!
