It took my quarters, jammed, and refused to turn on. Went to Speedway to ask about it (used to be connected), they did what they could. Out 2.00 and car is still dirty. Never going back
I go to this car wash because it seems to not ever be busy and there is always a spot available for me to pull right in to. The car wash has many wash options and I like the flexibility of choosing exactly how I'm going to clean my car on any given certain day.
Probably the worst l have ever been to. The self service power wash hose gets caught on the brush hose when you go around your vehicle.nThe automatic wash has no roller brushes and the dryers don't work.nSave your money and go somewhere else
I've used this car wash many times without incident. However, today I paid for my wash, pulled into the touchless bay closest to the door marked 'office' and denied my $12.00 wash. The water started the pre-rinse and then shut off. They dryers came on, but never moved over my car. Then, a voice came kn to tell me tl exit. Exit?! What happened to my wash?!nI've called the number listed and ledt a message for John. Hopefully, he calls me back to make it good. Or, at the very least refund my $12.00. Incident occurred 4/18/20 at 5:21 pm.nFingers crossed. I will keep you posted.nnApril 21, 2020nJohn returned my call and let me know that he did not own the car wash I had issues with; Sycamore Suds. He was very nice and I appreciate him returning my call.
