Hit and miss on employee service - you get who you get. I was happy with my purchase. There was an error which they were happy to correct on the charges. Their prices are competitive. I'd go back.
Good bunch of employees working there. Good variety of rigging supplies.
Due to unkindness of staff, not allowing me to use the restroom after traveling across the state with small children, I give this place a terrible review. My husband has wanted to give business to this place and the first chance he gets, they treated his family as such. Bummer.
Live in California not WRS around me. Ordered a 9ft pewag chain and lock. The lock was on back order so they called to see if I was ok with the older generation lock. It was great because I use this chain to secure my tile supplies so it was time sensitive for me. Can't afford to replace them. Thanks WRS for your quick order fulfillment. I have 2 more people who will be ordering same chain setup from y'all and more to come.
