Generally speaking, Harbor Freight doesn't carry very high quality products. But the prices are not out of line, either. My spouse was shopping for work gloves. They had a reasonable selection and he found a few pairs that will work fine for his purposes. He was pleased with what he got.
Visited because of an item in their flyer. Was directed right to it. Found it as advertised, and was checked out quickly and efficiently. All employees wearing masks and gloves. Could have spent a lot more time (and money!) exploring the store, neat, well laid out and clean. A hardware lover's delight.
It's just ok. Everything seems single use/disposable. It's handy if you need a tool or part immediately but don't care about quality. We left empty handed.
I love going to these stores since the quality of tools came up a long ways since back when. Great prices on tools as well as having great customer service and warranties they uphold.
I personally love Harbor Freight. Most of thier tools have served me well. I have a spring punch that is now pushing 20 years. It has seen a lot of use and still going.
