Fast Track Car Wash

I am in town for a few months so I purchased a 5-wash card. I used one wash then went back about 2 weeks later. They said I only had 2 washes left. I told them that wasn't possible and they said someone else must using my card. I live alone so I don't see how that is possible.... I asked to speak with a manager but they conveniently didn't have one. I called and left a message asking to speak with someone but no one called back. My impression is that they are running a new scam. I bought 5 car washes but I only get to use 3. This company will steal your money and therefore not provide the service you purchased.nnYou owe me 2 more car washes or a refund.

Dirt was still visible on the car after the wash. I should not have to go through 2 washes to get dirt off so I chose not to go back through. Customer service was wonderful! The layout of the care wash was hard to navigate.

Their personnel are professional. The machinery works flawlessly and my car loves it. They could add people at the end of the process to dry vehicles. I would pay $5 extra for that service.

Guys who wash the cars are AWESOME....the ones who clean the interior, DO NOT TIP until you review their work....especially bad art doing the interior windows ud83dude44

Good service people were friendly and they do a good job
