Lowe’s told me they were the only service center authorized to work on Samsung ovens in Santa Fe , NM, even though they were located in Albuquerque, NM. I called them and left a message but did not get a return call. I persisted and finally got a hold of “Randy” who told me they do service Santa Fe but only come once a week, on Wednesday. I set up an appointment, but did not get a call the day before as promised telling me the time. On Wednesday, I finally reached Randy who told me after several hours wait that they could not come because the part they ordered was defective. He promised he would get someone here on Saturday, but again never called back to confirm or return my calls. So two days wasted waiting for a serviceman who never showed up. My guess is the no-show had more to do with the drive here from their shop, which he said several time was a problem for the repairman, exaggerating the time it would take to get here. I got someone local to do the work and was very satisfied. Judging from the many bad reviews for service they get, I think I was lucky not to have them here.
