French Lick Casino

First time visitor. It is a grand old building. The casino was nice, but seemed dated. Didn't hit anything either. .nOf course, virus rules are in effect; casting a bit of a shadow over the experience.nWe also visited in the beginning of the off season mid November, which was good for slow driving & gazing. Not a lot of other people in the area. Beautiful area with many adventures to pursue.nNOTE: Many amenities in the area were closed or closing for season. No laundromat, few restaurants; there is a McDonald's. One pricey grocery store. We took our own food and water, we were staying in a cabin nearby.

Machines were right. Couldn't win anything.

I will go to Evansville next time

It's really hard to rate during COVID times, but as far as cleanliness and precautions I would give them a high 5... Customer service friendliness is why I marked them a 4. Other than getting scanned at the front door, there was no interaction at any time with staff. I kinda felt like I was entering a prison. I am not complaining about the process of making everyone safe, but maybe make it more welcoming by staff.
