New method dry cleaners

I am new to the area of Santa Fe and have never been to a dry cleaner here. Upon reading New Methods reviews I decided this was the place for me to bring my wedding dress to be cleaned and cared for. The gentleman on the phone was extremely polite and assured me he would take good care of me and my dress. He was just as pleasant in person and he got me taken care of quickly. He had it back to me just in time to get hitched!! Thank you so much for this very special moment in my life. I can’t wait to see how beautiful my wedding day turns out.

I have used them for years but they are doing a poor job of mask compliance. I waited outside while a customer with no mask was served. While inside and employee without a mask passed me twice at close range. I recognize that is a miserable environment for mask but employees passing customers should at least put one on. No signage on the outside. After this order, I am switching.

Great Job! Took in a blouse that I washed and the red colors had run onto the white background. They got all the red out! Thanks for saving my favorite blouse.

I brought in 6 filthy Chimayo and Navajo weavings and they cleaned them beautifully. Saved one that I thought was trashed. Will recommend to everyone
