Rob came out to my daughter's home on a Sunday afternoon to inspect an issue from an installation by another company that was leaking. Found that a less expensive solution was what was needed and completed the job for us during the next week. Very impressed with his attitude and that of his son. They will be our plumbers moving forward.
My grandmother Ruby Evans had some work done by them and they did a fantastic job , very polite , showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommended, won’t go anywhere else ! :)
Super quick I called on a holiday and they were at my door 20 minutes later. Very polite. I definitely recommend using them!
We were having problems with our water heater not heating the water. Called Rob and he was able to come the next day and even earlier than stated. It was the thermostat but after discussing options I chose to go with a whole new water heater. The old one was 12 years old. Rob answered all questions I had and was able to get the new heater installed less than an hour after he brought it in the house.
Rob came out quickly and helped me with a problem with a leaking hose bib, which was spraying water near our foundation. He was fast and professional and clearly explained the problem. We had a resolution in 20 minutes. We will definitely call PipeWorks, LLC again for any future plumbing issues!
