Mark was walking down Pony Express Trail (private trailer park property) approx date 1/20/18 from dollar general, when officer Ramsey’s side kick pulled up on him and did a unlawful search and seizure on him. Proceeded to ask a grown man why he wasn’t wearing a jacket. Then ran his name. Pretty much a nyc stop and frisk! Mark said he had 2 sweaters on and a t-shirt. He ran marks name in data base then drove by his house to gather more information, 1/24/18 almost a week later that officer joined by his partner in crime flew into the trailer park pulled over my service truck! Mark my mechanic was driving it, had no clue what was about to happen, Ramsey turn on his lights Mark complied stopped his service truck. Ramsey comes up to door says give me your license, then says get out of truck! Fat bald cop riding with Ramsey that harassed Mark and violated his 4th amendment, says to Mark “ha I Knew it was you”. Ramsey Cuffed him put him in back of cop car! NEVER MIRANDIZED HIM, NEVER GAVE A EXPLANATION AS TO WHY HE PULLED MY SERVICE TRUCK OVER! Took him straight to jail where they stole money from him and let him go on a so called bond! I call it bondage! Those Officers should be fired at once! They are a absolute disgrace to the justice system! They are criminals! That should not be in uniform!!!!!!!nnIf police officers protect and serve the public???nnThen why didn’t this so called police officer tell him his license was suspended at that time he was walking ? Why did you wait till the 24th when you seen my truck traveling through the park to let him know! That’s called entrapment you were being a sneak and thought you could get away with it because you thought he was poor trailer trash! Guess what bud. You just met your match!nnYou also stole his orange juice inside the van! You think he’s a idiot and wouldn’t know you are a thief as well. You tore up his tools when you searched it unlawfully, and his paperwork box. Ramsey and his other friend officer will be held accountable!
