I used Martinizing Dry Cleaning for the first time this week for an alternation/repair job on my husband’s pants — I was VERY impressed!! The personnel were very friendly (Martha greeted me when I dropped off the pants) and the turnaround time was just a few days. The service was very professional — the workmanship was superb and the pants returned to me pressed and on a sturdy hanger. I would highly recommend Martinizing Dry Cleaning.
I really love the drive through experience. All staff is very respectful, attentive, friendly and professional. I was in a rush to start work and needed my jackets asap.They were done in one day and they txt me to let me know they were ready being that I had called earlier to check the status if they were ready, "As I was in Santafe at the time and didn't want to have to drive back up to town a second time."
Great service!! Very quick!! I took two extra large sleeping bags that had gotten soaked from the rain and were covered in dog hair. They did an amazing job! I'll definitely be going back!
Staff was also very nice. I believe Obel was the name of the gentleman who helped me when I picked them up the next day. He was very personable and kind. Helped me load the sleeping bags in my car.
Will definitely be using Martinizing Dry Cleaning again soon! Excellent excellent customer service and cleaning. Very helpful and honest! Prices were higher than expected so I made the choice to bring some items back home to do myself. However, best local business experience in a very long time. We had a house fire and had some items needing professional attention and cleaning. Everything came back looking like new not to mention the quick turnaround time and e-receipt. Marcella rocks!!!
I have used this dry cleaning business for almost 20 years. The staff is always kind and helpful. My clothes are always perfectly folded or hung as requested. Special spot cleaning always done with success. Would not go anywhere else! Thank you!!!
