Summit Elementary School

It is only 5 stars because I went when Mr waltz was the principal. He made the school a fun environment and made sure everyone was the top of everything. When he retired the school got turned terrible because of the new principal. Once a fun happy school is now a sad and government looking school. These years that is the summit I don't know anymore and I would rather have a better principal than the one now. Mr waltz rocks! He made the school better. Without him there wouldn't be star parties and endless star parades where you were able to walk through the halls in front of the school and be recongnized by many of your peers for amazing work! The old office staff was amazing and they made sure you knew where everything was in the school if you were new. They wrote up endless tardy passes but they were happy too and they mare you feel very welcome. The school had many many fun teacher but they all left because they weren't allowed to make it a fun environment. I miss the old summit and wouldn't send my kids there at all. I would rather have them be in a fun active environment.

I haven’t had any problems with teachers or the school. It’s sad how many bad reviews I’ve read. My son has adhd and his teacher is wonderful, she updates me often to let me know what’s going on. I really appreciate all the information she gives me and her patience with my son. My sons star group teacher is awesome too! I don’t have any complaints.

Well it’s really nice and learn about fractions and shapes And it’s almost the last Day of school and I am really had a lot of fun and moon and we have a very fun playground we just learned about school and I have a really fun teacher go out a lot of field trips yeah it’s pretty much my stuff in my style so I love that summit elementary

It's an OK school, you have to make sure your on top of the teachers, they seem to forget things alot, like what bus your child get on, or to even but your child on the bus. So you might have some stressful school days, most of the younger children teachers are not really approachable, most seem all over the place, the bus driver, mite have your child sitting on floor if the bus to full, just a few of my problems, everyone situation is different I would just suggest you be involved and triple check on things, cause your kid is not guaranteed to be safe, the front desk staff are nice, and it's decorated pretty cool in the inside
