The crew at Riverway are amazing. They have done a number of jobs quickly and efficiently for us. They are high quality and their prices are very reasonable. They are the first ones I call for any plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of this company when we discovered we had a busted pipe. We called in the late morning and Kyle was here within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue on the spot. He even went an extra step to install an emergency shut off valve to avoid this issue in the future. The price was fair and the workmanship was great! We also appreciated how courteous Kyle was and that he answered all of our questions (which were many) in a succinct way. Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to everyone!

This is an honest company. I had another plumber try to sell me on a $12,000 job. The owner of Riverway came out and helped me understand what needed to be done and then quoted me 1/3 the price. I highly recommend using these guys.nnAlso, Kyle fixed our sink in 30 seconds. The other plumber spent 2 hours, cut a hole in my ceiling (unnecessary) and then tried to sell me on a huge unnecessary job.

Hard to say enough positive about everyone we’ve worked with at Riverway. They are professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They’ve successfully undone a number of messes that I’ve caused over the years. I really value their expertise and approach.

I called this place a week in advance and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out for a job estimate. On the day and time selected for the appointment, they failed to show up. They did not even have the common decency to give me a phone call. I called in to the company and was given an excuse as to why they did not make it. A technician called me a few hours later with another excuse. I just hung up the phone and did not want to hear the nonsense. I would not use these people.
