After speaking with Dispatch # 8410 I can see why there is such a low rating ... However the actual officer that called me was very kind and professional .... Shame on you # 8410 if you can not speak to people who may be upset with some kindness and empathy then you should find another job

Front desk officer is rude. She had an attitude on her even though I just asked for help. Had a break in and it took them 25+ minutes to arrive. I’m on a main road!
