Called Electric Services to have a line installed for our new stove. Set up a couple of days when they could come by and do this. They never showed, called, or emailed. When I attempted to call them to find out what was happening, no one picked up their phone. I left a voice mail and attempted to call back later - still no answer. If you can't show up, I understand, but don't leave customers hanging.
Im a local general contractor and they are great to work with and very prompt.
My brother and me redid an apartment above a garage and had them run electricity from the home to the apartment, wire a new air handler unit and they did an amazing job and came in under bid. The workers where super friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend their company!
I called 3 times because I had a dangerous meter having stray voltage. If I was to touch it it would kill me. I never got a call back after being told I would get a call back. They came reccomended but they aren't the ones to call for immediate help.
Speaking to the electrical side, they did an excellent job at a fair rate for our business. Just a suggestion for any future customers, make sure that you go over everything thoroughly and write it down in detail. It just makes it much easier in the long run if everything is in writing. Their work is excellent and the workers are very friendly and respectful.
