After a not so great plumbing experience with another company, I decided to give Pristine a call, based on all the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed. They did an awesome job and trust me when I tell you it wasn't an easy one. So happy and the best part, they cleaned up after the work was done. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean! Love that! If you need plumbing done I highly recommend giving them a call. I also found the cost reasonable, let's face it, plumbing ain't cheap. I didn't need to be nervous, they were quite fair. I will definitely call them again if I need more plumbing repairs.
No complaints here. I was so scared we were going to have a bigger problem than we did. It was actually something very simple, for a professional, not simple for me by any means. Very easy to schedule and flexible. Thanks Derek and the pristine team for going above and beyond professionalism and customer service with no nonsense!
My plumber was Andy and he's a very nice person, very polite done a great job. I'm wanting to move my washer and dryer upstairs from the basement in a few months and I will be using PRISTINE PLUMBING.
