I had a faulty gas shut off valve on my water heater and furnace. I called r&r and they were here same day thank you to Tammy. Ron came over in a timely manner and replaced my gas shut off valves good quality work professional and was very understanding when I asked him questions. Thanks Dan

They might provide good service, but they need to install governors on their vans. I certainly don't appreciate being tailgated within inches of my bumper on I865 by the gentleman with plate #AWI282 when I'm already doing 80, and then watching him nearly rear-end a semi in a construction zone. Oh, and it's all on my dash cam if the owners of the business would like to see it.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They do not report everything that is wrong so you can’t come back to them and say this wasn’t fixed. For example: I had water damage caused from a leaking drain. They fixed the drain but did not report any water damage that was shown to them. Therefor now my house warranty will not cover the water damage because none was reported. Very disappointed and will NEVER use this company. Very dishonest.

Professional, accommodating, helpful and fast. Dan fixed a gas leak for us that was a little outside the scope of what we thought it was to save us the trouble of calling in another company. Thanks Dan!

No problems here, new WH installed on short notice, best price, and when they left didn't even know they were here!
