I would definitely use Grateful Plumber again, they responded quickly to my service request, and I didn't have to wait long to get the work done. Their prices are fair and reasonable and was less than other plumbers I called. And the quality of the work was great and they were respectful of my home.

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

We have used Grateful Plumber previously and once again we were extremely pleased. You can’t beat the combination of the quality of service and price. We have used other plumbers in our home before and haven’t been satisfied. Your company has always left us completely satisfied. The speed at which you have responded to our needs as well as the speed of completing the job is amazing! We will definitely use you again and will also recommend you to the mom’s group I belong to.

Great job. They came the same day, were right on time, installed the faucet, cleaned up and were gone in less than an hour. Nice, professional guys.
