Big Town Hero

This place is awesome. They closed the one in Eugene and we were kinda bummed out glad we found the one in Springfield . Great sandwiches awesome folks that always work there. I love it and would recommend over any sandwiched place in the Eugene area.

I went into this location mad at people from work and the restaurant was peacefull. The two ladies working were very nice and gave me the best panini I've had in a long time. There was no music and their conversation they had in the back was very peaceful and I left feeling much better about my day. The place was clean, social distancing was in effect and I felt comfortable grabbing a chair and sitting down to eat my meal. Give the two ladies a raise please. I went in November 13th at around 4pm. And I didn't catch either of their names.

Good food first time eating there will go back great service

Took 30 minutes for 3 toated sandwiches yet they were microwaved. Bacon was cold for the blt and the meatball sub was microwaved to rubber. DONT EAT HERE. They take zero pride in their food

Absolutely love their sandwiches. The very berry turkey is my ultimate favorite!
