Subway

Great sandwiches!! There is a lady not the manager that works there that seems like she hates her job with a passion. This place usually has great and friendly staff but here lately they have hired the wrong person. This was on 10/15/2020 at 11:19 am. Just hope you don't get the same lady i got. They get a five star for the sandwiches but only a 2 star for the customer service.

The sandwich I ordered was very good. It had plenty of toppings and the bread and everything else were nice and fresh.

Apparently this location closed whenever they want. The app says they're open until 10pm. I went there at 850pm. Nobody there. I'm glad I didn't order my food through the app. I would've paid for a sandwich I never got.

The girl taking our order was very rude and sounded annoyed to be serving us when we were being very nice and patient and when we got home one of the sandwiches wrong and we called them to let them know our order was wrong just letting them know its not what we order and the manager yes manager said “Are you just complaining about your order or attacking me” and when we ask for an manager she rudely said it was her and we ask for a name she decline saying she can’t give that information. The whole time on the phone we were being nice. Not okay to treat customers like this.
